Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure alternative to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Ship to BENU Warehouse

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or local BENU collection point.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange items will be dispatched within 5 business days.
